DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. This notice must include:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your region for legal resolution of the matter.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Keekan Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
